The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, take over representations and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that may be suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also acquire real estate directly and indirectly. The company may grant loans or other financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these direct or indirect shareholders of the company are directly or indirectly involved, conclude cash pooling agreements with such third parties and provide security of all kinds for their liabilities and provide guarantees, in each case whether against payment or not and also if these legal transactions are in the exclusive interest of the third parties.
