The company's main purpose is the production, consulting, purchasing, selling, representation, and all services related to lighting products or others, the design and management of lighting or other project implementation, as well as real estate development, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, promoting its development and directly or indirectly related to its purpose, handle these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
