The cooperative aims to create a residential complex called Giardino in Bellinzona-Preonzo for its members and, in general, pursues the goal of providing its members with affordable housing and maintaining it in good condition through joint action and co-responsibility. It undertakes to offer spaces to all segments of the population, particularly to single individuals, families, people with special needs and the elderly. It promotes coexistence based on social responsibility and mutual solidarity. The cooperative can also offer spaces for commercial activities and services in its buildings. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with equal or similar purposes. It can be a member of the Swiss Housing Cooperatives, Federation of Public Utility Property Clients.
