Ensure that there is always a grocery store and other essential goods (village shop) in the municipality of Arogno, to provide its members and the general population with food and household items, to promote and enhance local products, and in particular, to become the owner of plot 26 in Arogno, exercising the right of restitution (reversion) against Coop Ticino in Sant'Antonino, universal successor to Coop Ceresio (formerly Società cooperativa di consumo di Melide), as per the additional protocol of 15 December 1978 to the merger agreement of the same date between Società cooperativa di consumo di Melide and Società cooperativa di consumo di Arogno, at a price to be determined by the arbitrator as per the arbitration clause of the aforementioned agreements.
