The company's purpose is to promote, through joint action, the interests of its members: 1) by ensuring, through water supply, the security of a sustainable and efficient agricultural production (yield and quality) while protecting watercourses; 2) by carrying out pumping works at the lake and creating or completing irrigation networks within the irrigation perimeter defined by the general irrigation plan annexed to these statutes; 3) by maintaining the pumping works at the lake and those of the irrigation networks within the perimeter; 4) by purchasing, maintaining, and jointly using equipment, machinery, instruments, installations, and technical facilities necessary for pumping and irrigation; 5) by also managing the distribution of water in relation to the allocated quantities; 6) by fostering all partnerships useful for ensuring the company's water supply (looping, other sources of supply, ...). Its purpose is not profitable.
