To promote, through joint action, the economic and ecological interests of its members by offering them renewable energy at the most competitive price possible. To this end, the company will undertake all necessary steps, in particular: to build and operate, in Léchelles, a heating plant powered by pellets or, preferably, by any other form of renewable energy that could best achieve the general purpose; to build, operate and, if necessary, expand a district heating network powered by the said heating plant; to manage the installations in the most efficient and ecological way possible; to promote the development of indigenous renewable energies in the medium and long term on the territory of Léchelles; to defend the interests of its members, in particular by ensuring a constant supply of energy and relieving them of the work related to this supply.
