1. To procure rental properties for its members at favorable conditions to exercise their artisanal and industrial activities. 2. It aims to accommodate members who are active in the industrial and artisanal sector, compatible with the purposes pursued by the FTI Charter. 3. To achieve this, it may notably proceed within the Cherpines perimeter, particularly on parcels No. 10'144 and 10'158 in Confignon, to: A. purchase and rent land and obtain superficies rights on land to build buildings dedicated to activities compatible with its purpose; B. construct, purchase or rent buildings necessary for the exercise of its purpose. 4. In conducting its activities, the company will ensure the strict application of the conditions defined by the FTI Charter to be recognized as a public utility, notably respecting the principles of sustainable development, promoting renewable energy and managing resources economically. 5. The company does not pursue a profit-making purpose. It prohibits the transformation of the premises it occupies into condominium ownership.
