The company's purpose is the cooperative purchase of properties outside Switzerland, abroad for their cooperative use, management and payment of related expenses, according to established periods and in collaboration with external third-party companies; the rental of external properties for the benefit of international real estate flexibility for its members; the sale of periodic 'B' packages for ephemeral members who will only have a punctual benefit. The sale of 'B' packages complements the cooperative's treasury in order to honor the payment of various expenses related to each property, to PPE or to stays and representations of its members in partner accommodations elsewhere in the world. To achieve its purpose, the cooperative company collaborates with ChateauShares developments Sàrl, CHE-432.485.572, based in Salvan, within the framework of a Service Contract, and with any other external service provider defined in the General Assembly. The cooperative company collaborates, like any company, with administrations and all institutions supporting its objectives. The cooperative company may engage in other activities that are related to the purpose of the cooperative company or that directly or indirectly promote its purpose.
