Promotion and construction of rental and owner-occupied housing at moderate costs within the framework and spirit of the Federal Act on the Promotion of Housing Construction and Home Ownership (WEG/LCAP), on a non-profit basis; by a) acquiring building land and constructing buildings for its members; b) acquiring and renovating existing buildings; c) renting, selling, and renting-to-own apartments; d) any other financial, commercial, or real estate activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
