The purpose of the cooperative society is to promote and offer its members the opportunity to engage in independent VTC driver activity under excellent conditions and in their own interest. This includes, in particular, the establishment and operation of a digital platform for the distribution of rides in the interest of its members and in a socially responsible manner. This presupposes registration and usage conditions for the platform that offer maximum autonomy to its members, while respecting public safety, public order, the environment, rules related to the use of public domain, loyalty in commercial transactions, price transparency, and compliance with regulations regarding working conditions, social standards, and the fight against undeclared work. To achieve its purpose, the cooperative society collaborates with the competent authorities and all institutions that support its objectives. The cooperative society may engage in other activities that are related to the purpose of the cooperative society or that directly or indirectly promote its purpose.
