The company promotes or guarantees, through joint action, specific economic interests of its members by: a) committing to the Vacherin Fribourgeois AOC, a product unique to its region, traditions, and values, and therefore a high-quality product recognized by market players; b) bringing together member associates, artisanal manufacturers respected for their constant mastery of the know-how of this unique product, Vacherin Fribourgeois AOC; c) acting as a platform for its member associates, in favor of the responsible and sustainable development of the product and its associated artisans, whom the company represents; d) contributing, with its partners, to the promotion of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOC (see statutes for full purpose).
