The company's purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: a) the acquisition of land and its development for construction purposes; b) the provision, primarily to shareholders, of simple, practical, and comfortable apartments; c) the acquisition and management of real estate; d) the construction of garages, annexes, etc., intended for common interest services; e) in general, the realization of all commercial, financial, movable, and immovable operations directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned objects. The company is non-profit.
