Société coopérative populaire d'Henniez

Subject to other mandatory provisions, the Henniez Popular Cooperative Society (hereinafter: the cooperative) aims to unite its members so that through joint action, it accompanies the energy transition and carbon neutrality of the Henniez municipality as a privileged partner of Services Industriels d'Henniez (SIH) SA (CHE-467.289.557), respectively the municipal authorities of Henniez, and thus promotes the economic interests of its members with a view to purchasing energy at cost price. To achieve its purpose, the cooperative will hold a stake in the share capital of Services Industriels d'Henniez (SIH) SA, whose purpose is to offer public services to the inhabitants of the Henniez municipality and surrounding areas, with the objective of achieving local energy transition and carbon neutrality. In general, the company may participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions in direct or indirect connection with its social purpose and suitable for developing it, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
