The social purpose of the Cooperative is: to install, maintain and operate photovoltaic installations on the roof of the Anniviers school center located in Vissoie, with the aim of producing renewable electricity in favor of an improvement of the region's overall ecological balance and, as far as possible, promoting self-consumption. The Cooperative can serve as a pilot project for similar implementations on other communal or private roofs. The Cooperative aims to encourage renewable energies and facilitate the energy transition through its actions. The Cooperative pursues an ideal purpose and limited profitability (Art. 828 para. 1 CO). To achieve its goals, the Cooperative collaborates with the competent authorities and all institutions supporting its objectives. The Cooperative may engage in other activities that are related to the purpose of the company or that directly or indirectly promote its purpose. In general, the Cooperative may carry out all operations that serve to develop its purpose and may undertake all activities that serve the objectives of the company. The Cooperative is neutral from a political and denominational point of view and independent from the Commune, with which it is linked by a convention for the use of the roof and the supply of electricity.
