To provide its members with places and conditions of living and working that preserve the environment, are reasonable from an ecological and financial point of view, respect the principles of solidarity economy and sustainable development, and facilitate social ties, all of which are conditions that must be conducive to the well-being of its members. The cooperative's activity is characterized by joint action in favor of its members, as well as in favor of other individuals, cooperatives, or public entities wishing to develop projects with the same goal. The cooperative strives to achieve its goals, in particular, through: the acquisition, construction, or renovation of housing and artisanal or service spaces on land to be acquired, rented, or made available through a right of superficie or any other means; the associative management of its buildings or their dependencies; the implementation of conditions facilitating the work of artisans concerned with integrating their activity into a perspective of sustainable development; the use of ethical and solidarity-based financing mechanisms; and the dissemination of the cooperative's principles and experiences.
