The association aims to promote solidarity and the values of humanism and charity; originating from the French association called Société d'assistance aux réfugiés russes, created in 1924, and active since then in welcoming Russian refugees, it seeks to promote the propagation and transmission of these values worldwide in order to develop a concept of welcome, hospitality and accommodation of tradition for elderly people, whether dependent or autonomous; the association is particularly responsible for the development and management, outside of France, of the activities of French law associations of the General Directorate of the former Russian Red Cross organization and the exploitation of their brands outside of France in the fields of hospital, medical, sanitary, medico-social; within the framework of its activity, the association also sets up training courses for people working in hospital, medical, sanitary, social and medico-social establishments in Switzerland and abroad (for complete purpose see statutes).
