1. to provide Italian-speaking individuals residing in the Canton of Geneva, who profess and practice the Catholic Apostolic and Roman faith, in communion with the Pope, with the financial and practical means to facilitate the exercise of their faith, by making available meeting places for the exercise of their worship and presbyteries for the accommodation of their priests, meeting places that may eventually be partially allocated to a circle, a patronage, a conference room, a school, or any other works specifically intended for the needs of Italian-speaking Roman Catholics. 2. to create and support all charitable works or aid to migrants and refugees, such as orphanages, childcare centers, nurseries, medico-social establishments, allowing for the reception, accommodation, and care, on a permanent or temporary basis, without distinction of race, nationality, language, religion, sex, or social status, of children, adults, and the elderly, with priority given to those who are domiciled in the Canton of Geneva or who are present there without being legally domiciled.
