The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent companies and their or its own direct or indirect subsidiaries and provide security of all kinds for the liabilities of these companies, including by way of pledge or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or by way of guarantees or personal securities of all kinds, whether for consideration or not.
