Solana Research Institute

The purpose of the association is to examine the introduction and use of blockchain technology and decentralized financial services by financial institutions on behalf of the community of companies building businesses that utilize the Solana blockchain. The association does not pursue any profit. The association may participate in other ventures, as well as acquire, utilize, manage, and dispose of tokens, real estate, and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad, and furthermore, undertake all other activities and legal actions that may arise from the purpose of the association.
