The company may acquire, hold and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, subject to the provisions of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (Restriction of Residential Property), as well as carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are related to the company's purpose. It may also grant loans or other financing to companies directly or indirectly connected with it, against payment or free of charge, and provide securities of all kinds.
