The core activity of SoloMania GmbH is the production and processing of pasta, particularly durum wheat and spelt pasta, as well as the processing of dried beans and dried fruits. In doing so, the company sources raw materials from the region to process them into regional specialties, thereby achieving higher value creation in the region. An important part of the activity is also the prevention of 'food waste' by purchasing ripe beans and fruits that do not meet the aesthetic requirements of customers and processing them into dried beans and dried fruits.
