The company may also carry out all renovation work, as well as the sale, import, and export of construction materials, kitchen, and tile products. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any enterprise directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties or receive them, if it serves its interests.
