The purpose of the association is to strengthen children, young people, adults, and companies in finding and living their uniqueness, thereby remaining in or returning to the natural play of life with the goal of a fulfilling life in harmony with oneself and nature. Living uniqueness is understood as: a conscious perception of individual uniqueness and personal potential; placing uniqueness at the center of life, especially learning and working life; pursuing professional work that corresponds to personal uniqueness. A return to the natural play of life is understood as: orientation towards inner drive and thus turning away from the orientation towards third-party performance expectations; orientation towards intrinsic motivation and thus turning away from reward, status, and extrinsic meaning as main motivations. To fulfill its purpose, the association can carry out all necessary legal transactions. Research, development, training, further education, and public relations are at the forefront of the activities. The association does not pursue any profit and serves charitable purposes. The activity is non-partisan and non-denominational.
