Support with personal care and mobility, wound care, medication management, injections and infusions, monitoring of vital signs, as well as counselling and guidance for self-help.

Outpatient psychiatric support for adults, children and adolescents, with crisis accompaniment, daily structure, coping strategies, goal setting and collaboration with relatives and professionals.

Guidance and support with household management, as well as partial or complete assistance with domestic tasks, at short notice or for longer periods as needed.

Occasional nursing visits at night, continuing or monitoring medical care, for clients who already have day services in place.

Specialised and compassionate care for people with serious illnesses at home, as needed around the clock, including cooperation with the Brückendienst der Spitex Stadt Luzern.
