The company exclusively pursues non-profit and social purposes and is not profit-oriented. Its purpose is to provide the population in the municipalities of Altendorf, Lachen, Tuggen, Wangen, Galgenen, Innerthal, Reichenburg, Schübelbach and Vorderthal with hospital-independent services in medical, nursing, social and health-promoting areas. In particular, in cases of illness, need for help, old age and disability, it aims to provide needs-based, professional assistance and care at home, as well as professional mother and father counseling and parenting advice for parents. The company can also carry out all other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's main purpose. The company is not profit-oriented and bases its activities on the performance agreements with the municipalities mentioned in Article 2, paragraph 1. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire, manage and/or sell properties in Switzerland and abroad, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting all businesses directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes. It can also provide financing for its own or third-party accounts, as well as guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties, and acquire and sell intellectual property rights such as patents and licenses.
