The company's purpose is the acquisition of real estate within the limits provided by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, as well as the operation of all hotels, restaurants and cafes. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, which promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
