The company's purpose is to hold all types of movable assets, manage movable patrimonial assets, as well as hold shares related to this field. The company may participate in other enterprises and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate, with the exception of any operations prohibited by the LFAIE (Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreign Persons). The Company may provide, in Switzerland and abroad, all types of services, intellectual or material services or advice offered to individuals and companies, by all means, and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of activities subject to authorization under the Federal Law on Collective Investment Schemes (LPCC). Finally, it may grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies or to third parties, as well as provide securities of all kinds, for the direct or indirect benefit of affiliated companies or third parties. The circle of shareholders of the Company is limited to qualified investors within the meaning of the LPCC.
