The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, holding and development of all commercial real estate, as well as the management and brokerage of real estate and consulting, analysis and execution of real estate transactions, excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all commercial, financial or securities transactions and conclude all contracts having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and promoting its development. The company may also acquire participations in other companies and acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, establish branches or form subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, provided that the company may only hold participations in real estate companies in Switzerland if the use of their properties is exclusively commercial.
