The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, holding, administration, and management of direct or indirect interests in any commercial, financial, movable, or immovable property company or enterprise, with the proviso that the company may only hold interests in Switzerland in real estate companies with exclusively commercial purposes. It may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, and dispose of assets of any kind, in particular real estate, intellectual property rights, and licenses (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may grant financing, provide loans, offer guarantees and securities in favor of affiliated companies or third parties, and structure investments. It may carry out all operations and conclude all contracts likely to promote directly or indirectly the purpose of the company or related thereto.
