The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Lex Koller) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, taking into account, to the extent permitted by law, within the framework of these transactions the interests and general orientation of the group of companies to which the company belongs. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
