Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founding company and of companies that are economically or financially closely linked to it, as well as provision for their dependents and beneficiaries against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability. The foundation may provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support services in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
