The company aims to promote demand, marketing, coordination and moderation of the tourist development of the St. Moritz tourism destination within the framework of a performance agreement with the municipality of St. Moritz. It is also allowed to conduct all business that is suitable to promote the purpose of the company. It can work with third parties to fulfill its tasks, establish its own subsidiaries, branches or subsidiaries, or establish subsidiaries, branches or subsidiaries jointly with third parties. The company does not pursue any profit intention. Any profits are to be used in the sense of the company's purpose.
