The Company may provide direct or indirect financing, whether in the form of loans and/or any other form of financing, with or without remuneration, to third parties or to companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as to its direct or indirect shareholders and to companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations. The Company may also provide any kind of security or guarantee to secure its obligations or the obligations of each of the aforementioned persons, including in the form of pledges, assignments or transfers as security, guarantees of any kind or indemnification commitments, with or without remuneration. The Company may provide such financing, security or guarantees even if it is in the exclusive interest of third parties or companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, or in the interest of its direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations.
