To achieve its purpose, the company may conduct any commercial, industrial and real estate business and, to this end (but only as a subordinate and purpose-bound activity, with the exception of publicly directed business), carry out financial and movable transactions, provide guarantees, sureties, bonds and warranties, also in favor of third parties, and, as a fixed and non-temporary investment, directly or indirectly participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad that pursue similar, identical or related goals.
