Except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company's purpose is to engage in: all activities in the field of real estate, in particular brokerage, real estate development, holding and managing real estate, buying and selling real estate, including all related services, consulting and activities; all financial activities (including financing planning for real estate acquisitions as well as tax and insurance consulting related thereto). As a secondary purpose, the company may also, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries; participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
