The company's purpose is the direct and/or indirect acquisition, holding, development, and disposal of Swiss real estate used for permanent establishments within the meaning of Art. 2, para. 2, lit. a of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may acquire, hold, manage, operate, and transfer intellectual property rights both domestically and abroad, participate in other industrial and commercial enterprises, and may also open branches and establish subsidiaries both domestically and abroad. The Company may participate in group financing transactions, including by granting loans to its direct or indirect partners or to other group companies, or by granting guarantees or other securities of any kind for their obligations to third parties. The Company may also engage in any transaction deemed appropriate to promote the Company's purpose or related thereto.
