The provision of expert services, assistance, and advisory services in the field of international human resources organization and management, logistical, operational, and administrative support in personnel matters, including the provision of experts and/or qualified personnel to companies controlled by the Stellantis group, in order to enable the implementation of a centralized policy for managing expatriate or seconded personnel of the Stellantis group. The company may, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the main purpose.
