The company may: in general, carry out all activities and operations, commercial and financial, movable and immovable, in direct or indirect relation to its social purpose or likely to promote it, as well as take participations in all commercial companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); establish branches and create subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
