Stiftung Amaari

The foundation aims to promote and support people, projects and institutions around the themes of natural birth and dignified, natural dying, particularly in the areas of health for mother and child, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and the sensitive time thereafter, death culture, death accompaniment, care of the dying and hospice work. The foundation is committed, among other things, to the work of midwives, doulas, obstetricians, death companions, therapists and non-profit institutions that are active in the field of birth or death. The foundation can also support projects that deal with the themes of natural birth and dignified, natural dying in science and society. The foundation is active throughout Switzerland and abroad. It is non-profit and does not pursue any financial gain.
