Stiftung Arbeitswelt

The Arbeitswelt Foundation supports people with a mental, physical or social disability in their professional development and integration into the primary labor market. In addition, the foundation operates protected workplaces and employment forms within the framework of the secondary labor market, as well as training and promotion programs. Through temporary, targeted support and individual assistance, the goal is to maintain a job or return to the primary labor market. The foundation works closely with institutions with similar goals, municipalities, authorities, insurers, and employers. Long-term collaborations and performance contracts are possible and welcome. The foundation can fulfill its purpose throughout Switzerland and abroad. It has a non-profit character and is politically, religiously, and ideologically neutral.
