The ecclesiastical foundation aims to use its income and possibly its capital to: a. support, at its discretion, religious and charitable works with an explicitly Catholic character, both domestic and foreign missions. b. promote worship in the diaspora. c. subsidize church buildings. d. provide special subsidies if circumstances require it.
