1. Supporting the attendance of children from the former school district of the Freie Öffentliche Schule Ferpicloz at the Freie Öffentliche Schule Freiburg, i.e. children from the current municipalities of Arconciel, Ependes, Ferpicloz, Le Mouret, Senèdes, St. Silvester, Treyvaux, and Villarsel-sur-Marly, namely from the area whose border runs from Plasselb along the Aergera to its confluence with the Saane, and from there along the Saane to the Aergera at Plasselb; 2. Supporting the transportation of children to the Freie Öffentliche Schule Freiburg; 3. Safeguarding the interests of parents residing in the former school district of the Freie Öffentliche Schule Ferpicloz, whose children are entitled to attend the Freie Öffentliche Schule Freiburg in accordance with the school law; 4. Maintaining contact with political authorities, particularly at the municipal and cantonal level, specifically for the purpose of publicizing the foundation and its activities; 5. Promoting the Freie Öffentliche Schule Freiburg; 6. Supporting, preserving, and promoting the cultural heritage of the German-speaking minority within the former school district of the FOS Ferpicloz; 7. Preserving the property and existing school facilities and making them available for educational and cultural purposes, as well as for family events and celebrations. The foundation does not aim to generate profits or operate a commercial business. Any income is used exclusively to achieve the foundation's objectives.
