Stiftung Dr. med. Claus Hilsdorf und Josefine Hilsdorf-Fontana

The foundation aims to promote endeavors that are in the public interest, particularly (but not exclusively) serving the cantons of Appenzell A.Rh. and Thurgau, individual areas or larger or smaller circles of their population. Scientific, intellectual, cultural, social and other charitable causes can be supported, as well as projects aimed at improving the national economic structure or the protection of nature, landscape and heritage. Individuals who have fallen into need through no fault of their own or require educational assistance may also be considered. The foundation's contributions are determined by the foundation board at its discretion. The foundation has a charitable character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
