The foundation aims to provide practical measures for the provision of suitable housing for mentally and/or physically impaired persons. The foundation fulfills its purpose primarily through the offer of affordable housing for mentally and/or physically impaired persons. The foundation may, in particular: provide direct or indirect financial support to mentally and/or physically impaired persons in emergency situations; provide grants for the training of physically and/or mentally impaired persons in emergency situations (no scholarships); enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the non-profit purpose of the foundation, which are directly or indirectly related to it; rent, acquire, hold and sell properties, also for the investment of foundation funds; transfer the fulfillment of tasks to other organizations in Switzerland or promote or create new organizations, provided they are recognized as non-profit for tax purposes; participate in other institutions in Switzerland with similar goals that are not recognized as non-profit for tax purposes, merge with them or take them over. It may extend its activities to other areas, provided they are in line with the aforementioned purpose. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
