The foundation aims to contribute to the provision of affordable housing for individuals who wish to establish or maintain a permanent residence in the municipality of Vaz/Obervaz, thereby promoting a healthy mix of the local population across professional, social and age groups. This is achieved through the purchase, rental or construction of residential properties or shares in such properties, and their rental to applicants who live in the municipality of Vaz/Obervaz year-round and are willing to integrate into the local community as much as possible. Rentals are allocated based on the criteria of social housing.
