The foundation is established exclusively for public-benefit purposes. The foundation primarily pursues the following purpose: The full or partial financing of emergency vehicles and trailers of the fire department of the Einsiedeln district, including the initial equipment of vehicles and trailers with materials/equipment, as well as materials for the youth fire department. The foundation may exceptionally also finance analogous procurements for other fire departments in the Einsiedeln region. The foundation may also provide contributions to inauguration ceremonies for vehicles (co-)financed by it. The foundation is thus active for public-benefit purposes and does not strive for profit. As a secondary purpose, it may also acquire, hold, and sell real estate, but the net income from this must exclusively benefit the public-benefit purposes of the foundation.
