The foundation aims to provide permanently affordable housing to sick, elderly, disabled and invalid individuals in the municipality of Wünnewil-Flamatt. The foundation can finance properties or acquire apartments in condominium ownership. The apartments are primarily rented to elderly, disabled and invalid individuals. The foundation can also cover care costs (secondary purpose according to the statutes). The foundation does not represent any political or denominational interests and does not pursue any commercial or profit-oriented purpose.
