Stiftung für die Pastoration der deutschsprachigen Reformierten im Berner Jura

The foundation's primary purpose is to ensure the ecclesiastical care of the German-speaking Reformed community in the Bernese Jura region, as well as to maintain and promote their activities. It accompanies the parish office designated for the German-speaking Reformed community (similar to the function of a church council) and submits applications to the competent authority for the appointment of the pastor. A further purpose of the foundation is to manage the foundation's assets, consisting of real estate and movable assets in accordance with Article 3 of the statutes. In fulfilling its tasks, the foundation takes into account and respects the regulations of the Reformed Churches of Bern-Jura-Solothurn and their parishes. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
