The immediate purpose of the foundation is to enable suitable persons of both sexes from all countries to learn foreign languages and to familiarize themselves with the characteristics of other peoples and their cultures. In particular, in addition to what is already being done for students by similar institutions, facilities for further education in foreign language areas should also be provided to other educationally inclined circles. The indirect, higher goal is to create a camaraderie relationship among people of different nations and ethnicities and to promote mutual understanding.
