Financial support for animal exhibitions, which are conducted in accordance with the spirit of the Cantonal Animal Exhibition Sissach 1971. These animal exhibitions aim to: document the breeding status of the utility animals bred in the canton of Basel-Landschaft and its surroundings, as far as they participated in the 1971 animal exhibition in Sissach; provide thematic presentations with an educational character on problems of animal production and the utilization of products, as an orientation for agriculture and the general public; promote mutual understanding between the agricultural and non-agricultural population.
